	Test microwave
	Test smoke detector
	Test LP leak detector
	Test Water heater
	Test heater
	Test Air Conditioner
	Test all water faucets - Hot & Cold
	Test Toilet
	Test all burners on stove
	Test Oven
	Open and Close all cupboards and doors
	Check & test all convertible furniture - Dinettes, sofa beds etc.
	Open & Close all windows - inspect window seals
	Test range top hood - Fan & Light
	test ceiling vent fans
	Look for signs of water leaks, particularly areas on the ceiling & windows
	Test all electrical outlets
	Test all light fixtures
	Check cable and TV antenna jacks
	Check refrigerator and freezer - test on all systems - Gas & Electric
	Extend slide room in and out, inspect slide seals both inside and outside.
	Get instructions for operating slide with no power
	Have slide locks demonstrated.
	Check operation of TV antenna and satellite dish
