 Campsites have a maximum ten-person occupancy per site. Prices are per site, and there is an additional adult charge of $2 per adult per night (Campsites) for more than two adults in a site. Prices and other terms are subject to change without notice.

What are the different site category's available

Partial hook up sites have water and electric only,  these are mainly for Tents and pop ups
Full Hook Up   sites have water, electric, & sewer
Preferred Sites have water, electric, sewer & cable and are located in prime areas of the Fort Wilderness resort.

Where can I rent an electric cart (Golf Cart)?

These are available at the Bike barn, you can reserve them up to one year in advance by calling the bike barn at (407) 824-2742.  Carts cost $43.00  per 24 hour period, All carts have windshields.  Reservations are strongly recommended.  Click Here for other rental option

What is the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue??

This is a 2 hour dinner show that features "all you can eat homestyle Fixin's and a foot stompin, handclappin' western revue".   Showtime's are 5:00 pm, 7:15pm & 9:30 pm.  Tickets should be reserved well in advance, call (407) WDW-DINE

At any bus stop board either a Boone or Crockett exit at the Settlement bus stop,  then head to Pioneer Hall.

What is the campfire program??

This is a sing along with Chip & Dale and then a Disney movie is shown.  There is a concession stand that sells Hot dogs, popcorn, snacks, candies, marshmallows and sticks to roast on the fire, s'mores and refreshments.  A movie schedule is given to you on check in.  During inclement weather the sing along is moved to the porch of the Meadow Trading Post.

Do I have to make reservations for the hayride??

Hay rides are available right outside Pioneer Hall, at  9:30   p.m. Cost is $6 per adult and $4 per child.

Does Fort Wilderness offer horseback riding??

Yes, Call (407) 939-7529 for information and reservations,  pony rides for kids are available at the petting farm  from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Where Can I Get a refillable mug?

You can get the mugs a Crockett's tavern,  you can fill them                with coffee and hot chocolate at the Meadows Trading post.

Are there Group Camping facilities available?

Creekside Meadow, a camping area exclusively for group       

camping. These sites come equipped with fire pits and     

charcoal grills and are close to an air conditioned Comfort      

Station with restrooms, private showers, ice dispensers,       

laundry facilities and pay phones. Groups are required to be a 

minimum of 20 people and tents and cots are available for      

rent. Firewood can be pre-purchased. For reservations, call      

(407) 939-7807.

What are the rules regarding pets in Fort Wilderness?

There is a $5.00 per day pet charge. (This is a per day, per site charge only, not per pet.)  Guests in tents and pop-up campers may not keep pets at their site unattended. Pets are restricted to certain loops.

The guidelines for Guests with pets are as follows:

bulletPets will be restricted at all times to the designated pet loops during the Guest's stay.
bulletPets must be walked on the pet path along the canal only. The owner is also responsible for picking up and disposing after their pet.
bulletPets may not roam freely in their campsites. The pet must be kept on a leash when being walked or tethered when on the site. This tether can be no longer than 8 feet.
bulletGuests may not leave pets unattended in their site, which causes them to bark or whine, disturbing other Guests.
bulletPets will not be allowed on electric carts.
